A survey of the impact of microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, and viruses) on the development of modern culture and society.   PLPA 616: Methods in Molecular Biology of Plant-Microbe Interactions (2 credits Herman B. Scholthof)
The topics of this course focus on the concepts and techniques used in molecular plant pathology to study the interactions between hosts and pathogens. The focus will be on understanding the rationale for implementing certain procedures and the theoretical concepts underlying the methodology.  Syllabus
